Yes. Searching for clinics and viewing their details is completely free for patients.
Do you book my appointment for me?+
Not yet. Today we send you directly to the clinic's own site to confirm your booking. We're rolling out real-time live booking with major networks soon.
Which clinics are on LumiPath Connect?+
We currently list I-MED Radiology and Lumus Imaging clinics across Australia, with more networks being added.
Do I need a referral for a scan?+
Most diagnostic imaging in Australia requires a referral from your GP or specialist. The clinic will let you know what's needed when you book.
How do I know if a clinic accepts online booking?+
Use the 'Booking type' filter on the search page to show only clinics that accept online bookings.
Do you store my health information?+
No. LumiPath Connect doesn't collect or store any medical or referral information — your booking happens with the clinic directly.
